RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to love your Bootyque order. If something isn’t quite right, please read our policy below for returns and refunds.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If you change your mind about your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery provided that the product is unused, in excellent condition, and in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund for the product cost (shipping fees may not be refundable).
Please note: Orders that have already been dispatched must be returned unopened and undamaged.
CUSTOM PADDING & BRAS
Custom padding and bra orders are made to your specifications and therefore cannot be resold. As a result, these orders are not eligible for refunds. However, if you’re unhappy with the fit, we’re happy to alter or remake the padding until you are satisfied—free of charge (postage fees apply).
FAULTY ITEMS – 30-DAY WARRANTY
All Bootyque items include a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. If an item is faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us within 30 days, including clear photos of the issue.
We’ll assess the case and, if the fault is confirmed, offer a repair, alteration, or replacement. Refunds on faulty items will be processed once the item is returned and the fault confirmed.
KRYOLAN PRODUCTS
All sales of Kryolan products are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items.
FAULTY ITEM RETURNS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty and you can provide evidence, we will work with you to arrange a refund, replacement, or repair upon return of the faulty item. This is applicable as long as the item is reported within 30 days of delivery.
