Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bootyque. We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how your order will be processed and delivered.

PROCESSING TIME

All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note:

All padding orders are made to order and may take up to 10 working days to process before dispatch. We appreciate your patience while we craft your pieces with care.

During busy periods (such as product launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

UK Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days

  • Flat rate: £3.99 or free on orders over £50

UK Express Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days

  • Flat rate: £6.99

International Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days

  • Flat rate: Calculated at checkout depending on destination

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

MISSING OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@bootyque.co.uk with your order number. We will do our best to help you locate your parcel or arrange a replacement if needed.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Bootyque is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, etc.). We are also not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes for USA Orders

Effective August 29th 2025, all orders shipped from Bootyque (United Kingdom) to the United States are subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are automatically calculated at checkout through Shopify’s duty and tax collection system, which uses HS (Harmonized System) codes and U.S. import regulations.

Bootyque has no ability to alter or waive these rates. Duties and taxes collected at checkout are applied under a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) arrangement, meaning we remit these amounts directly to cover the applicable import costs on your behalf.

As a result, customers in the United States will not be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery. The amount displayed at checkout represents the full and final cost of your order, inclusive of any duties and taxes owed.
