Shipping to the EU: What’s Changing on July 1st 2026

If you are one of our wonderful customers shopping from inside the European Union, we want to give you a quick, transparent heads-up about a new EU import rule taking effect on July 1, 2026.

To level the playing field for local businesses, the European Union is officially ending the "duty-free" exemption on packages valued under €150. Moving forward, a flat €3 customs duty will apply to low-value imports entering the EU.

Here is exactly what this means for your future orders with us:

1. No Surprise Fees at Your Door

We believe shopping should be stress-free. To make sure your package doesn’t get held up at the border or hit with surprise penalty fees by the postman, we will calculate and collect this €3 fee directly at our checkout. What you see at checkout is the final price—no hidden delivery fees.

2. How the Fee Accumulates

The EU applies this €3 flat fee based on the category of products in your cart, rather than the box itself.

  • If you buy two of the same item, you will only be charged one €3 fee.

  • If you mix and match different types of items (like tights, a lashes, and a bra) in a single order, the fee stacks per category (in this case, €9 total).

3. Returns are Non-Refundable

Please note that because this fee is paid directly to EU Customs the moment your package crosses the border, the €3 duty cannot be refunded if you choose to return an item.

We appreciate your continued support! If you have any questions about an upcoming order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.
